Document Checklist
The following documents are everything you need to apply for our work-study programs in the U.S.Please contact us with any questions!
- Transcripts (in English)
- Secondary School Certificate and/or Intermediate School Transcript
- Bachelor’s Transcripts – Semester-Wise, Consolidated Marks Memo and/or Provisional Certificate
- Passport (front & back)
- Resume
- English Proficiency (any of the following are acceptable)
- Duolingo- 95 min. score
- IELTS- overall 6 with no band less than 5.5
- TOEFL-73 min. score
- PTE – 50 min. scroe
- Bank statement – showing min US$ $23,866 to show that you will be able to cover tuition and living expenses for the first year. If you have dependents, proof of funding showing the student has access to $3000 per dependent in addition to the above amount. The bank statement must be dated within 12 months from the start date of the program.
- Affidavit of financial support must be hand signed by the sponsor OR must be digitally signed OR notarized
- Masters transcript ( if you have completed one)
- If already in the USA, please provide copies of:
- I-20 (if already in the USA)
- I-94 (If already in the USA)
- Visa (If already in the USA)
- Proof of the student starting classes in his current U.S. University. A screenshot of the class schedule reflecting the full name of the student, name of the university, class progress (subjects) and the student ID.
